This series of works primarily expresses the transparency of light and shadow, while adding some texture to create an impression of movement. The main subject is the appearance of marine microfossil plates dissolving and cascading, with the flow carrying unexpected gains, which I am quite satisfied with. I have always enjoyed enlarging microfossils in my compositions, as if projecting a self-viewing. While painting, I often engage in a dialogue with them, and this connection only ends when both parties fall silent.
