In my paintings, the vibrant spirit of creation is depicted through concise and powerful compositions. Each color block and area in the artwork is arranged in increasing or decreasing sequences or layered formations, transforming the forms and colors of nature into a numerical aesthetic.

In terms of composition, the sequence of color blocks adheres to the principles of "repetition" and "gradation," creating a naturally harmonious atmosphere and expressing the grandeur of towering mountains through variations in density. The medium of Western oil paint reveals a poetic, dreamlike landscape imbued with Eastern Zen ideals.

In my artistic creation, I regard nature as a teacher with deep reverence; I pursue a nostalgic sentiment for all things; engage in a profound critique of contemporary art; as well as reflect on current social life. All of these aspects are expressed subtly in my work, allowing viewers to perceive and understand them.

The creative journey of the past 30 years has, with the passage of time, involved introspection about myself and society. In the pursuit of contemporary art, I am filled with the impact of various situations present in today's society, which deepens my feelings for my hometown and continues to burn within me. As the years accumulate, my concept of art steadily grows, transforming my joys and sorrows into another source of creative power.

This infuses my work with the most intense lyrical expression, allowing for free exploration in each creation. In other words, each piece is infused with different vitality and creative passion, as well as differing understandings of various stages of life.
