"I do not paint landscapes; I paint time. The layers of color in the artwork blend endlessly to present my worldview; I treat colors as events, where every event in life does not occur in isolation, but exists in a relative and mutually influential relationship. The white dots are like seals of life, each representing a wish that was once made. Whether hope or disappointment, looking back now, those moments have all become memories preserved in the river of time."
