Creative Concept: Recording life. The artist rented a farm to grow vegetables, and recently, crops like radishes, lettuce, and other seedlings have been mysteriously dug up at night. Curious to find out what's happening, they set up a cage with worms as bait, but caught nothing. However, a friend of a farming buddy caught a weasel in the artist's cage. As a result, the artist chose the cute shape of cherry radishes as the subject to document this amusing and frustrating experience. (The piece is made on canvas, painted with acrylics, and shaped with fabric cut and sewn with a domestic sewing machine.)
