Liu Rongzhao's work "The Mountains Are High and the Waters Are Long" not only showcases his profound feelings towards nature but also represents the culmination of his jewelry and metalworking skills. Drawing inspiration from the local atmosphere of Sanxia in New Taipei City, this golden sculpture merges the undulating mountains with the dynamic flow of water, providing a unique visual and tactile experience. Each reflection of gold seems to narrate Liu Rongzhao's nostalgia for his hometown and his reverence for nature. This piece is not only a gold sculpture but also a precious tribute by the artist to Taiwan's local memories.
