Introduction
"The Girl with the Flute" reinterprets the classic theme of nudity. The body is depicted in bright yellows and cobalt blues, with a simplified form that approaches symbolism, appearing less like a concrete individual and more like a representation of existence. The figure turns its back to the viewer, the face hidden from sight, with the body calmly resting against three bold background color blocks: burgundy, gray-purple, and water blue. The absence of the "flute" adds a sense of poetic uncertainty to the entire work: is this a moment before music begins or a reverberation after silence? The imagery oscillates between sensory experience and tranquility, intimate yet distant.
