KOEH SIA YONG Born in Singapore in 1958, he graduated from the Western Painting of Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore. He was the founder and President of Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts Alumni Association. He was also holding the below appointments previously : - The General Director of the Singapore Art Association- The chairman of the Equator Art Research Association- The exhibition Director of the Singapore Art Federation- Advisor of the Nanyang Academy of Arts Alumni Association His oil paintings are collected by the National Gallery of Singapore, Singapore History Museum, institutions of higher learning, banks, etc. And in 2022, the collector founded the” Koeh Sia Yong Art Museum”
