Every July and August, the Taitung Hot Air Balloon Festival attracts tourists from Taiwan and around the world to the Luye Plateau for a grand celebration. The flowing curves divide and represent the passage of time, as this event takes place year after year, day and night. The interplay of reality and illusion, along with the contrasting shades of black, white, and gray, merges with the vibrant colors and shapes of the hot air balloons against the blue sky and green land, combined with the enthusiastic crowds, to create a beautiful and captivating scene that highlights the creativity of the artwork.
