Introduction
Title: Compliant Fu Lion (Fortune, Prosperity, Longevity, Happiness, Wealth)
A prayer for protecting the safety and health of the whole family, with blessings of fortune, prosperity, longevity, happiness, and wealth.
Creative Concept
- Stone Lion: The artist transforms the traditional guardian stone lion that protects the family into a contemporary and universally appealing "Compliant Lion," continuing the mission of Kai Sen to convey Chinese traditional virtues to the world in a modern language.
- Scissors: Symbolizes "cutting away misfortune" and "snipping off anxiety," with a homophone in Minnan dialect meaning "home," delivering the message of "peace for every family."
- Compliant: A collage of Taiwanese cultural beliefs that "machines should be compliant, and people of all ages should be healthy," implying that wishes will come true.
- Hair Accessories: Iconically gifted to every admirer, representing the ultimate five blessings of the East—Kai Sen's strongest gift, encompassing fortune, prosperity, longevity, happiness, and wealth.
- Balls: Various types of balls, with a homophone meaning "to seek," illustrated on the dominant right arm typically used by Easterners, transmitting the strongest prayers to fulfill the most important promises.
"Let us use a pack of compliant snacks, a pair of scissors, and a smile to help everyone around the world, like the stone lion, protect the health and safety of their families, spreading endless joy."
