Introduction
During the pandemic, I came across reports online about the Queen's Head in Yehliu, Taiwan, facing a risk of fracture in the next 3-5 years, which ignited my thoughts and emotions regarding this landmark. Through various artistic mediums and the addition of abstract elements and symbols, I created a series of works titled "Queen's Life Series" to interpret the inner world and feelings related to the end of life.

The piece "Queen's Life Series No. 2 - Before Stopping" expresses the idea that every life, even if it is a rock or a statue, will eventually come to a stop after hundreds or thousands of years! But what significance does this so-called stopping bring us? If this is part of a natural life cycle, should we accept it and view it as an inevitable process? When faced with this stopping, how should we confront our inner fears or uncertainties? Personally, I really appreciate a line from the movie "Coco": true death is when no one remembers you in this world. Death is not the end; as long as memories and thoughts remain, loved ones will continue to "live" brightly in those memories!
