Intro
Creative Concept: The Tale of Genji is the world's oldest romance novel. In it, there is a story about a princess who lives in a place called "Akashi" who falls in love with the protagonist and travels to the capital. This place was once a route on the Silk Road, so various imported goods are available. She was also famous as a master of the imported biwa. Now, more than a thousand years later, the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, the only one in Japan to commemorate the achievements of Sun Yat-sen, has been built in this place. We hope for everlasting friendship between Taiwan and Japan. In prayer for peace, we used sacred washi paper, which is also used in Japan to ward off evil spirits and in festivals.
