Song Meng, who inherited her family's teachings since childhood, began to copy the "Jieziyuan Huapu" at the age of five. She studied under Mr. Che Pengfei, a Shanghai-style landscape painter. She is the founder and first president of the Tongji University Chinese Painting Society, the chairman of the Yilin Art Society under the Singapore Yuqing Community Club, the vice chairman of the executive committee of the Tiong Bahru Art Center, the Singapore Chinese Art Research Association (SOCA), the Singapore Women Artists Association (WAA), and the Singapore Art Society (SAS). She is also a member of the Singapore International Cultural and Art Federation and the Singapore Xiaotao Seal Carving and Painting Association. In 2023, she published "Landscape Ballads" and held a solo exhibition "Song's Dream" at the Singapore Chinese Cultural Center.
