Introduction
On the right side, several sunflowers, some in bloom and some wilted, symbolize the ups and downs of life; on the left side, numerous moths flutter towards the distant light, ultimately leading to a sense of emptiness; below, the shadows in the dark alley record the weariness of life's pages. This artwork merges prosperity with desolation, attempting to find a trace of somberness in the vastness of life.
This piece has won the Merit Award in the Western Materials category at the 2024 Hsinchu Art Exhibition.
It has also passed the preliminary selection for this year's Nantou Yushan Art Award and is preparing for the resubmission for review.
