This artwork features a composition of black and white contrasts, with the theme of roses depicted using ochre ink lines, abandoning traditional meticulous coloring methods. The heavy ink of the leaves and branches is partially scraped away before drying, creating a blurred and uncertain effect, suggesting a chance for rebirth amidst chaos. Irises by the water are planted in a deliberately confined and constructed space; they are not truly free, yet they continue to exist in a direction that allows for breathing and progress.
