Intro
"Palace In The Sky"
The title of this artwork, "空中宮闕" (Palace in the Sky), is inspired by the poem "雲山有宮闕" (In the Cloudy Mountains, There's a Palace) from the literary work "水調歌頭" (Water Melody) by Yuan Haowen, a literary figure from the late Jin Dynasty to the period of the Great Mongol Empire. Through an interpretation of this poem, the artist, amidst the hustle and bustle of a fast-paced environment, finds themselves feeling helpless in the face of their surroundings. Through a journey of spiritual exploration, the artwork naturally conveys a longing for tranquility and leisure.
