In the not-so-distant future, due to the rapid development of human technology, there will be a gradual accumulation of a vast number of technological products and electronic waste. These will gradually encroach upon the environment. However, the speed at which electronic waste is processed and decomposed does not align with humanity's relentless pursuit of progress. This incongruity in time might lead to a future where life must exist within an environment overwhelmed by synthetic materials that ecosystems struggle to digest. Alternatively, it may give rise to new forms of life adapted to these novel environmental conditions.
This artwork encourages us to reflect on how future generations will navigate coexistence with, or adaptation to, an environment shaped by the prevalence of technological artifacts and electronic waste. It underscores the critical responsibility we have in managing electronic waste and the profound impact our actions have on the natural world, as well as the potential consequences, including the emergence of new life forms due to
